We strive for accurate stock information, but inventory may change. Out-of-stock items will be addressed with alternatives. Availability, delivery time, or order processing is not guaranteed. Products may be discontinued without notice.
Estimated Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. High order volume or unforeseen events may cause delays. We will try to notify you, but specific delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Returns & Refunds
Returns accepted within 30 days for items in original, unworn condition with packaging. A 35% restocking fee applies for non-quality returns. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable unless defective. Contact customer service for return authorization. Unauthorized returns may be rejected.
Order Changes & Cancellation
Contact us promptly to modify or cancel orders. Processed or shipped orders cannot be changed and follow the return policy.
Fraud & Account Security
We may cancel suspicious or high-risk orders. Accounts may be restricted or terminated without notice. Fraudulent activity will be prosecuted.
Promotions & Coupons
Coupon codes may expire without notice. Expired codes or third-party codes are invalid. Discounts may not apply to sale items or combine with other offers unless stated.

Custom Design Policy
We welcome custom designs! Unless agreed otherwise, we may display or reproduce your design in future collections. To retain exclusivity, full design rights can be purchased for $500. Notify us during the design process if desired.
