Shipping & Delivery

Every piece of our jewelry is made to order with sustainability in mind.
By producing items on demand, we minimize material waste and ensure that each piece reaches you in perfect condition, ready to shine.

Shipping Time

Delivery time = production time + shipping time

  • Within Canada & the United States: We primarily use Canada Post (and USPS for US shipments) for safe and timely delivery.

  • International Orders: Shipping partners vary depending on the destination country.

  • Tracking: A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped so you can monitor its progress.

Shipping Fees

  • Domestic (Canada & United States): Free shipping

  • International Orders: USD $40–$100; exact cost can be checked at checkout by entering your shipping information.

  • Note: If the shipping address is inaccessible, we will contact you before production.

Production Time

  • Standard production time: 21 business days.

  • Expedited production time: 18 business days for silver pieces, 14 business days for solid gold pieces.

Estimated Delivery

  • Canada & United States: Approximately 3–5 business days after production is completed

  • International: Approximately 5–10 business days after production is completed

  • Note: Couriers may not deliver on weekends, and international shipments may experience customs delays.

Customs & Duties

  • Duty-Free Regions: Orders shipped to Canada, the United States, Australia, and the UK, where we have partner warehouses, are exempt from customs duties.

  • Other Regions: Customers are responsible for any applicable customs or import taxes. If a package is refused due to duties or taxes, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping, customs fees, and handling charges.
