We hope you are enjoying your purchase! If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we are here to assist with returns or refunds.

Overview

  • Our refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. Requests made after 30 days cannot be processed.

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in their original packaging.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Custom items based on customer specifications

  • Items with engravings or personalized sizes

  • Products damaged due to improper use

  • Items lost due to incorrect delivery information


Returns & Exchanges

Notice: All of our items are made to order, meaning production starts only after your order is placed. For items without quality issues, a 35% restocking fee applies.

Guidelines for Refunds & Exchanges:

  • Contact us at bywardjewelry@gmail.com to initiate your return or exchange.

  • Custom items (ring sizes above US 9 or below US 3, quarter sizes, stone adjustments, band style changes, or customer-requested engravings) are non-refundable.

  • Replacement or exchanged items are non-refundable.

  • Packages returned due to incorrect/incomplete addresses are not our responsibility; a 35% restocking fee applies.

All decisions regarding returns or refunds are final. Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Exchange Rules:

  • Each item can only be exchanged once

  • Free resizing is not included; the 35% restocking fee applies to size exchanges

  • Any remaining balance after deducting the restocking fee must be paid to cover the new item


Order Changes During Production

We want your order to be exactly as you envision!

  • Carefully review your confirmation email for order details, shipping info, and estimated delivery.

  • Changes requested within 48 hours of placing your order may incur a 15% fee to cover materials and labor, plus any price difference.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled before shipping.

  • Production usually begins within 12 hours of order placement (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours after purchase may incur fees:

24–48 Hours 15% Restocking Fee
48–72 Hours 20% Restocking Fee
72 Hours+ 30% Restocking Fee

Return Instructions

  • A trackable shipping service is required; we cannot process returns or exchanges without a tracking number

Return Shipping Fees:

  • For non-quality issues: shipping cost is the customer’s responsibility

  • For damaged or incorrect items: we cover the return shipping cost


Late or Missing Refunds

  • If a refund has not been received within 7 business days of approval, please contact your bank or card provider first.
