We offer a truly bespoke service built around quality, value, and connection. We pride ourselves in the assurance that your complete experience, from initial consult through receipt of your custom engagement ring, is as close to perfect as humanly possible.

Our custom process allows you to walk through the entire design creation process alongside our team. Through collaboration and expert guidance, our hope is to earn the title of your go-to jeweler for every milestone to come.

1. Jewelry Care

Store your jewelry separately and avoid exposing it to liquids and cosmetics. Extreme temperatures and humidity can cause gold-plated jewelry to lose its luster; keep your jewelry in a dark, cool and dry place to avoid this.

Our best advice: wear your jewelry often (this helps reduce oxidation) and keep them in a flannel bag when not in use.

At Byward Jewelry, every piece is created with meaning and made to last.

We offer a 1-Year Warranty on all eligible products, covering select repairs or replacements. For more information, please visit our Warranty Policy.

2. Payment Related

We accept all major international and domestic credit and debit cards, including:
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Maestro, JCB, Diners Club, and Visa Electron.
We also accept PayPal payments.

Please note: Our system will automatically display the available payment methods based on your country/region at checkout.

Yes, we accept payment plans.

and provide the following details:

1.The ring you wish to purchase – a screenshot or link is helpful.

2.Metal material – options include 10k, 14k, 18k gold, platinum, or palladium.

3.Metal color – rose, yellow, or white gold/silver (platinum and palladium are silver by default).

4.Side stone options, if any.

5.Your ring size.

6.Your preferred payment plan – how many installments, frequency, and the amount of each payment.

We will review your information and confirm whether the plan is feasible.

Your card issuer does not accept this payment.

If you would like to proceed with the order, please call the 800 number on the back of the card, ask your card issuer for help, and then pay again, or try another card.

3. Shipping & Delivery

From an environmental aspect, all our pieces are made to order to avoid waste of raw materials, which also enables you to receive your pieces in their best condition.

Since our pieces are handmade with advanced craftsmanship, please allow us 18 working days for production and we will send them out as soon as they are finished.

Orders may be rushed if possible, but will require a rush fee to move it ahead in production.
Please contact us ahead of time if your order is time sensitive.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: We offer free shipping on all domestic orders.

International Orders: We charge a flat rate of 40 USD for all international orders.
